Cookies and choices

Elver Tekstil Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. uses cookies on elvertekstil.com for form security and remembering your preferences. Cookies are small pieces of data stored by your browser. Essential cookies support secure use; optional cookies do not run without your affirmative choice.

Cookies in this version

elver_sid: first-party Elver Tekstil session cookie for sessions, secure forms and the CSRF security token. Kept for the browser session. HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; Secure on HTTPS.
elver_consent: first-party Elver Tekstil preference cookie. Records optional category choices, policy/service version and choice time. Kept for up to 12 months. A new optional service triggers a new choice.
elver_lang: first-party preference cookie set when you select a language. Remembers your explicit language choice for up to 12 months; not used for analytics or advertising.

Essential and requested language-preference processing is based on the requested service and legitimate interests in site security (Articles 5(2)(c) and (f) of Law No. 6698; GDPR Articles 6(1)(b) and (f) where applicable).

Optional services

Analytics and marketing code are empty by default; embedded Google Maps is disabled by default in this version. Inactive categories are disabled in the preference panel. The address and external map link remain available. Fonts load from this site's server.

Before activating an optional service, its provider, cookie name, purpose, duration, destination and transfer basis must be added to this policy. Optional cookie processing requires consent (Article 5(1) of Law No. 6698; GDPR Article 6(1)(a) where applicable). International transfers need their own legal assessment; routine transfers are not justified solely by cookie acceptance.

Choosing and withdrawing

A banner at the bottom of the page appears on your first visit. Reject, accept and manage options have equal prominence. Optional boxes are not preselected. Browsing or ignoring the banner does not indicate consent. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent access to pages or forms.

Open “Cookie preferences” in the footer of any page to change your choice. “Essential only” also withdraws previously granted optional consent. Withdrawal is saved immediately and the page reloads to stop previously loaded optional content. Known accessible first-party analytics/advertising cookies are cleared. This site cannot delete all third-party-domain or HttpOnly cookies; manage those in your browser settings.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking the essential session cookie may prevent form submission. Deleting the preference cookie causes the banner to appear again.

External links and contact

Opening a WhatsApp, Instagram or Google Maps link takes you to the platform. No embedded request is sent to those services before you open the link in this default version. The platform's own privacy and cookie terms apply.
