Clothing for warehouse and dispatch work
Logistics workwear should reflect what each team actually does during a shift. Pickers walking between racks, forklift operators, packing staff and teams on the loading dock have different needs. For warehouse uniforms we start with role allocation, shift length and the time spent indoors and outdoors. Handheld scanners, pens, cutters and labels carried during the day also shape the pocket layout.
Trousers, jackets, coveralls and polos
Cargo work trousers and work jackets are the garments most often discussed for warehouse teams. Coveralls can suit staff loading and unloading vehicles, while company-branded polos or T-shirts may work better at dispatch and goods-in desks. Waistcoats and outdoor coats allow layering when the season changes. Frequent bending, reaching and use of steps mean that movement allowance and waistband design are reviewed alongside sizing.

Visibility and technical requirements
Reflective strips are often requested where forklifts and vehicles operate. Adding reflective details does not by itself establish compliance with a high-visibility standard. For high-visibility, static electricity or cold store requirements, send your technical specification; materials, construction and documentation are reviewed before a quotation. Listing everyday staff clothing separately from personal protective equipment makes it easier to define the correct order.
Bulk orders for warehouse teams
Share the number of sites, estimated quantities per garment, size distribution, company colours and logo artwork. Where seasonal staff join each year, keeping the same model reference for later orders can be discussed from the start. With fabric, branding and the requested delivery arrangements agreed, we prepare your quotation; shipping is arranged separately.

Frequently asked questions
Which garments should we plan for warehouse staff?
Share how roles are split. Trousers, jackets, coveralls and polos can be quoted as separate items for pickers, loading teams and dispatch desks.
Does reflective warehouse clothing meet a standard?
Reflective strips alone do not establish compliance. If high visibility is required, send the technical specification; materials and documentation are reviewed before a quotation.
Can we reorder the same model for seasonal staff?
Model, colour and branding details are recorded with the first order. For later orders, fabric and colour matching are compared using samples.
What do you need for logo application?
Send the artwork, your embroidery or print preference, the size and the position. The branding area is agreed so that it does not clash with pockets or reflective strips.
