Clothing that follows area rules
Pharmaceutical and laboratory staff clothing starts with the rules of each area: production, packaging, the quality control laboratory and the warehouse. Entry and exit procedures, changing points and permitted garment types can differ from area to area. For lab coat and coverall requests, we first discuss where, for which tasks and for how long the garments will be worn. Where garments are changed and how they are laundered also influence the choice of model.
Hooded coveralls, lab coats and workwear
Hooded or unhooded coveralls are the models discussed for production areas that require a one-piece garment. Lab coat length, fastening, pocket layout and cuff finish are defined according to area rules. Work trousers and jackets for packaging and warehouse staff can be planned as separate items. Organisations that separate areas by colour or labelling should plan this from the outset.

Cleanroom and specific requirements
For requirements such as a cleanroom class, particle shedding, or chemical and biological protection, send your organisation’s technical specification; suitability and documentation are reviewed before a quotation. Accessories such as masks, gloves and overshoes, and any personal protective equipment, should be listed separately from everyday staff clothing.
Preparing an institutional order
Share the list of areas, headcount per area, the garment list, size distribution and washing routine. Stating whether garments are laundered in-house or by an external service helps with fabric and care instruction choices. With garments per area, fabric and branding defined, we prepare a quotation. Shipping conditions are discussed separately.

Frequently asked questions
Can we request coveralls for a cleanroom area?
Send the area classification and your technical specification. Particle shedding, fabric and seam requirements and the documents needed are reviewed before a quotation.
Can masks, gloves and overshoes be added to the request?
List these items separately from everyday clothing. The scope and any specification requirements are clarified before a quotation.
Which lab coat details need to be defined?
Specify coat length, fastening, pocket layout and cuff finish according to area rules. If a logo or name is to be embroidered, include its size and position.
Can areas be separated by colour?
Send the list of areas and the colour required for each. Producing one model in different colours is discussed with the fabric options, and colours are compared using samples.
